Dextran Methacryloyl (DexMA) can be photo-crosslinked by introducing methacryloyl groups to dextran molecular chains. The DexMA products from EFL team (EFL-DexMA series) have stable physical and chemical properties through strict raw material screening and quality testing. It can be cured within 10 seconds with visible light irradiation. Due to excellent water solubility, good biosafety and resistance to non-specific protein adsorption, the material systems based DexMA have been widely used in the biomedical field, such as reducing the formation of blood clots in blood vessels, reducing blood viscosity and drug delivery.
Cell culture, bio 3D printing, tissue engineering, etc.
Dry kit: room temperature, 3 months; 4℃, 12 months; -20℃, 18 months.
