产品简介

明胶(Gelatin)是经胶原蛋白适度水解和热变性得到的天然生物高分子材料,其具有和胶原相似的氨基酸序列。明胶侧链上含有多种活性基团,如氨基、羧基、羟基等,多位点化学修饰的可能性使明胶受到众多水凝胶研究者的青睐。

甲基丙烯酰化明胶(Gelatin Methacryloyl, GelMA)为烯烃双键改性明胶,其可通过紫外及可见光在光引发剂作用下迅速固化成胶。GelMA光固化水凝胶兼具天然和合成生物材料的特征,其具有适于细胞生长和分化的三维(3D)结构。GelMA水凝胶具有优异的生物相容性和细胞反应特性,例如提供合适的细胞粘附位点及蛋白水解降解性,其可以取代人工基底膜或其他天然胶原蛋白水凝胶。此外,GelMA水凝胶具有良好的机械性能,其构建的3D微支架具有可调的机械和化学性质。此外,GelMA具备良好的温敏凝胶特性和可降解性,其机械性能可调,能够提供多种黏弹特性,已广泛应用于细胞3D培养、组织工程、生物3D打印等研究领域。

生物相容性

GelMA已广泛用于各类干细胞、癌细胞、内皮细胞、神经细胞、心肌细胞、肝细胞、软骨细胞等细胞的2D/3D培养,细胞存活率大于90%,细胞功能化良好。

3D打印性能

EFL-GM系列水凝胶固化速度快且机械性能可调,适用于挤出式生物3D打印与投影式光固化生物3D打印(DLP)。配合EFL团队自主研发的多功能挤出式生物3D打印机(EFL-BP-66系列)和投影式光固化生物3D打印机(EFL-BP-86系列),可轻松实现GelMA复杂结构制造,载细胞打印存活率可达90%,细胞功能化良好。
